KratosphereAI builds the governed operating system that clinical laboratories run on. Lyra LabOps is our flagship. One platform for the entire lab, with compliance and responsible AI built into the core.

Meet The Team

Kyle Kunreuther, wearing clear glasses with black suit with a blue and white undershirt

Kyle Kunreuther

Founder & CEO

I've never waited around for someone else to fix the system. I build the one we actually need.

With dual master’s degrees in Cybersecurity and a master’s in Clinical Psychology, Kyle built KratosphereAI’s architecture using principles of human cognition and reasoning, not just automation. He will be pursuing his doctorate in AI, continuing to explore how human and machine intelligence can merge to create adaptive, governed AI systems for regulated science.

Eric Manley, wearing a blue collar shirt

Eric Manley

President

I don’t play the game. I reinvent it, while everyone else is still figuring out the rules.

Startup advisor, strategic growth operator, and investor for the past 3 years. Eric is now driving KratosphereAI full-time as COO, leading partnerships, go-to-market, and customer success. He brings capital, hustle, and dynamic energy to every phase of the company’s growth.

Courtney Turner, wearing a black shirt

Courtney Turner

CMO

I think bigger because anything less is boring.

Marketing strategist with a background in neurobiology and business consulting. Courtney drives brand, PR, and growth strategy with a strong passion for AI, data governance, and marketing to HIPAA-compliant industries.

Entrepreneur and growth strategist with a diverse background across the startup ecosystem and regulated industries. Riley combines commercial strategy with technical understanding to drive revenue growth, partnerships, and market expansion, bringing disciplined execution and critical thinking to building companies that scale.

Dr. Jennifer Knaack

Dr. Jennifer Knaack

Director of LIMS Innovation

Labs don't have a software problem. They have a governance problem.

A senior diagnostics executive with 20+ years leading high-complexity clinical labs and multi-site networks, bringing deep expertise in CLIA compliance, assay validation, and quality systems alongside enterprise-level capabilities spanning workforce strategy, vendor management, and data governance.

Forrest Sullivan, wearing a navy button-down shirt

Forrest Sullivan

Technology Advisor

A platform only proves itself when it makes the hard work simpler.

A chemical engineer turned operations and technology leader, Forrest has guided organizations across OT and IT environments through complex technology transformations. His background spans process design, cloud and network security, and continuous improvement, giving him a practical sense for how new platforms earn adoption on the lab floor.

Anton Protasov, wearing a blue blazer over a light shirt

Anton Protasov

Security & Compliance Advisor

Security isn't a feature you bolt on. It's the foundation everything else stands on.

A CISSP-certified information security leader, Anton has built enterprise security and compliance programs from the ground up, including standing up a financial services security operation as one of its first hires. His depth in cloud security, vulnerability management, and HIPAA and PCI compliance maps directly to the guarantees a governed clinical platform has to make.

Built for Trust, Governed by Design

Grounded AI. Not a Black Box.

Most AI ‘copilots’ are generic chatbots trained on the public web. Lyra’s is different. It reasons over the tamper‑evident record of your lab’s own events, every model call is policy‑injected and PHI‑redacted, and it can never act outside the rules or take an irreversible action on its own. Powerful, accountable, and provable. Not a black box.

Grounded in Your Ledger

It reasons over your lab's real, sealed events and cites the record for every answer, never the open internet.

Governed on Every Call

Every model call is policy-injected, PHI-redacted, and hash-chain audited, so the AI stays inside the rulebook.

Learns From Your Lab

The more your lab runs, the sharper it gets, surfacing policy gaps and next actions from the ledger it governs.

Selective partnerships · Governed onboarding

A Selective Partnership for Laboratories Ready to Own Their Ecosystem.

Lyra LabOps is our premier platform for organizations that need the control to own and govern an entire laboratory ecosystem. We choose Lyra partners deliberately. Request a working session with our governance and policy officers to determine whether the platform, operating model, and responsibilities are the right fit for your organization.

Governance and policy fit assessment with senior officers
Map authority, integrations, and operational ownership
Define a responsible deployment path before commercial terms
Executive fit assessment

Start with operating alignment.

We will discuss your laboratory model, decision rights, control requirements, and readiness to operate Lyra as a governed ecosystem.
